Paneer 65:

Paneer 65 is one of the best snack recipe in India. We often see this recipe in Indian restaurants starters menu and acts as a appetizer it is good before having food, this recipe is home made style it can easily prepare because ingredients what we are using regularly in our home. paneer manchuria and paneer 65 both are quite different because in Paneer manchurian we are using different sauces but in paneer 65 there is no need of sauces we are using here green chilies , curry leaves , curd , onion only while tempering . Kids also like this recipe a lot because of its taste and crispiness.

Apart from this recipe you can also cook similar recipes like aloo 65 , gobi 65 , baby corn 65 etc depending upon your selected veggies here i introduce semi dry , spicy , tasty recipe even beginners also can easily cook this recipe by following my method what i am mentioned  here and also it takes very less time to prepare and quick process . At the first time i have this recipe in restaurants then i felt so tasty later i saw this recipe preparation process in a cookery show then i try this recipe it tastes soo good and my family members also felt so tasty.   • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour (maida)
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Required amount of Salt
  • Required amount of Red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Gingergarlic paste
  • 5 Green chilies
  • Curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 or 2 pinch Food colour
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 Onion

Preparation Steps of Paneer 65:

  1. Take a bowl add plain flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, food colour, mix it well. Now pour water and make it like a bajji batter and mix it well without any lumps later add Paneer cubes into it.
  2. Keep oil for deep frying in a wide bottomed pan now add batter coated paneer cubes in it fry until paneer cubes turn into golden brown in colour and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in another pan add curry leaves , green chillies , onion stir it till it fry later add curd , salt to taste mix it well add fried paneer cubes in it mix it till water content in curd evaporates and switch off the flame.
  4. Serve hot hot paneer 65 by garnishing with coriander leaves
