Crispy corn is one best snack varieties and it acts as an appetizer also. This recipe i ever seen in road side at first time i ate this recipe in restaurant and I felt soo tasty also crispy later i want to know the preparation process i asked them after went to my home i cook this crispy corn for my husband he also felt so tasty that’s why iam posting this recipe in my blog. This recipe is obtained very rarely even in restaurants also it is one of the best appetizer and it is good at evening snacks .
It is very nutritious food for children if you cook like this children also like this recipe a lot because kids always need varieties so try this different recipe and make me your opinion as a comment.
NOTE:-While deep frying be careful sweet corn are cracking
- Sweet corn-1 cup
- Rice flour-2.5 tbsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped capsicum-3 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander leaves- 2.5 tbsp
- Green chillies-1 tsp
- Soya sauce-1 tsp
- Vinegar-1.5 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation method on Crispy corn Kernels:-
- Wash and drain a cup of sweet corn . Boil in water by adding a pinch of salt .
- Take sweet corn into a wide bowl add salt to taste , black pepper powder mix it well. Now sprinkle rice flour , corn flour bu spraying a very little amount of water mix it well again and keep it aside for 2 minutes.
- Take oil in wide bottomed pan for deep frying now add hand ful of sweet corn mixture into it .
- While deep frying sweet corn it will cracks so cover the pan with a lid partially .
- Stir it till the sweet corn are floating in the oil then take it aside .
- Heat oil in a another pan add capsicum pieces , green chilies stir it later add Vinegar, soya sauce , coriander leaves , pepper powder, little bit of salt mix it well now add crispy sweet corn in it again mix well .
- Serve this hot hot crispy corn along with tomato ketchup.
