Chinese veg fried rice is most popular recipe in whole world particularly in Asia. Chinese fried rice is a  combination of vegetables and sauces due to this it gets good taste and flavor. If you want more spicy you may add more pepper powder. Children’s like this recipe a lot and also nutritious food for them because we are using various types of vegetables. We can prepare this fried rice by using left over veggies in our home. Taste depends up on  what type of veggies we are using in this rice and good stir fried rice due to this it gets smoky flavor is obtained by stirring, tossing on a high flame in wok.

It takes very less time to prepare this recipe while you are using food processor or any other gadgets for chop the vegetables. It is very easy to cook and very quick process. In India Chinese veg fried rice is must be in any restaurant menu and even in street food also .

Note:

  • Soya sauce is little salty in nature so that add less amount of salt  than what it requires.
  • Cool steamed rice completely due to this it gets good taste and rice also non-sticky in nature.
  • The way you stir fried rice also gets good taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmathi rice
  • 1 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Agenamoto
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 2 or 3 Garlic
  • Required Salt
  • Oil

Preparation of Chinese fried rice recipe

  1. Wash rice with water twice or thrice and then run out off water. Soak 15 min and cook in require amount of water which i mentioned in ingredients. Be careful while cooking don’t stick rice to each other. Keep aside in a bowl after basmathi rice cooked well.

  2. Finely chop all the vegetables whatever you want and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok add garlic pieces later add finely chopped vegetables in it one by one fry until it becomes slightly crispy but not soft.

  3. Here we make finely chop all the vegetables due to this it cook very well without any boiling process. Now add agenamoto, soya sauce, black pepper powder, little bit salt stir and toss it well.

  4. Add boiled basmathi rice toss and mix it well. Now add vinegar stir it keep on low flame and close the lid for sometime due to this very well cooked Chinese fried rice is obtained.

  5. Switch off the flame, serve hot hot Chinese Veg fried rice along with tomato ketchup or Vegetable Manchurian , gobi Manchurian or any other side dish.
