Mysore Bonda is originating from mysore, Karnataka and it is most popular in Andra Pradesh also.It is very easy to prepare this recipe also requires less ingredients.This snack variety item kids are also likes a lot if guests may come to our house suddenly this recipe is the right choice to serve them because it takes less time to cook.
Once up on a time i came to Bangalore there i ate this mysore bonda in my friend’s house and i felt so tasty and asks her how it prepare she said to me about cooking process later i tried this recipe in my house and serve to my parents they told me wow..!!! so nice they said.So friends you are also try this recipe….
- Plain flour (maida) – 1/2 cup
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Curd-1 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds-2 to 3 tbsp
- Green chilies-3 or 4
- Ginger-1 inch
- Onion-1 (small size)
- Salt to taste
First cut onion, green chilies, ginger into small pieces keep aside.
Add plain flour,rice flour,curd into a bowl mix well without any lumps and make thick batter. Add remaining ingredients ginger,green chilies,onion,salt again mix well.Batter will be light and fluffy.
Heat oil on medium flame.After heating the oil drop the batter with spoon or your fingers carefully fry till it turns into golden brown in colour.
Finally take it into the plate serve hot with regular chutney.
