Maggi-1 pack



Green Peas-1/2 cup

Green chilies-1

Curry leaves require amount

Water-250 ml

Oil-2 to 3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Red chilli Powder-1/4 tsp

Turmeric powder-1 pinch

Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp

Maggi masala-1 packet

Preparation Method:-

  1. Initially finely chopp onions,tomatoes, green chilies keep them aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wide bottomed pan add onions,green chilies, curry leaves cook until it turns transparent
  3. Add green peas cook it for 2 to 3 mins. Later add finely chopped tomatoes.
  4. Later add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, maggi masala powder mix it well.
  5. Now add water close the lid. While boiling water add maggi noodles cook it till water evaporates.
  6. Switch off the flame serve hot hot spicy yummy maggi masala.
