Garam masala powder – easy step by step process to prepare Garam Masala at home. Garam masala is a powder powder of ground spices and it is regularly used in indian cuisines. It is very easy recipe to prepare at home and takes very less time , also requires very less ingredients. Generally in outside stores we obtain garam masala powder packets but those packets are harmful to our health because they used less quality ingredients and also they don’t clean or remove insects in jeera , cardamom what we are using ingredients below . That’s why I prefer only homemade garam masala powder for cooking it is good for our health.
According to taste wise it is very good and gets nice aroma while cooking any recipe. By using this recipe in any curry or rice variety it gives nice aroma and also most flavourful taste.
According to ayurveda “Garam” means giving heat to our body and by using this powder atleast twice a week in your curies, rice varieties it is very good for health don’t add too much because i already said it gives heat to our body so eat limit.

jeera– 50 grams
Cinnamon stick– 10 long pieces
pepper hyper– 1 tbsp
1.Clean all the ingredients.
2. They should be quiet dry.
3. Mix everything , grind to a fine powder gender and preserve in airtight containers
