Dal Adai | Mixed dal Adai Recipe | Mixed dal dosa- learn how to prepare delicious, nutritious mixed dal adai recipe. Here i prepare this dosa by the combination of lentils so it is very healthy for everyone mainly for kids because these lentils are helpful for their growth and also stabilize for harmones in our body. Dal adai takes very less time to prepare this recipe and easy to cook but it takes time 2 to 3 hrs for soaking lentils and ingredients. It is one of the traditional recipe in tamilnadu there it is named as parappu adai.
Mixed dal dosa is very rich in protein content here iam also adding ginger, garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds etc due to this increases the taste of adai. Here iam adding curd so due to this there is no need ferment this battar for whole night or otherwise if you ferment for whole night without adding curd in it. I prefer this recipe atleast once in a week because it is soo healthy and tasty.

Chana Dal-1 cup
Moong Dal-1 cup
Red Thur Dal-1 cup
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Green chilies-4 to 5
Ginger- 2 inch
Garlic cloves-6 to 7
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 to 2 tsp
Salt to taste
- Initially add chana dal, moong dal, red thur dal, rice in a wide bowl wash and rinse once or twice later pour require amount of water and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Now add green chilies, salt to taste, ginger, garlic cloves, red chilli powder, curd, cumin seeds into a blender grind it once after add soaked all dals and rice into it grind it again and make it into a dosa batter. If you need add water.
- Add turmeric powder into the dal batter mix it again. Now heat tawa add a tbsp of oil spread it later pour a laddla of batter again spread around tawa again pour oil around and on the batter. After cook weel at one side later flip the dosa cook it well again.
- Switch off the flame now hot hot dal adai is ready to serve. It good while having with regular chutney.
