Bread Paneer rolls is good for evening snack and acts as an appetizer, kids are also like this recipe a lot. It takes very less time to prepare and very easy to cook this snack recipes .Every one must like this recipe because here we using Chenna or Paneer, bread, little bit of some spices, coriander leaves otherwise you can also add other spices or saute veggies in Paneer filling then you feel different taste. It is very healthy and hygienic food for kids because it is so colorful to see so children must attract easily and eat without crying .

One day i want to try a new variety recipe because of  getting boring to eat very regular items but i have only paneer and bread in my fridge then i watch some recipes with this combination in recipe blogs, youtube, cooking books later i prepare this recipe and serve to my family members and they are all praises me a lot. This type of  bread rolls surprising me a lot because this recipe requires  very less  ingredients but it gets very good taste and easy to prepare who loves to eat snack items must try this bread Paneer rolls and tell me your valuable comments.



  • 1 cup Mashed paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Gingergarlic paste
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • Required amount of Red chilli powder


  • Required amount Butter

Preparation Steps of Bread Paneer Rolls

  1. Take Paneer in a wide bowl and mash it with your fingers.
  2. Now add coriander leaves, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chilies required amount of red chili powder, salt to taste. Mix it very well now add very little amount of milk for binding. keep it aside.
  3. Now take bread slices cut brown borders take only white part of the bread, flatten those bread slices one by one by using rolling pin and keep aside.
  4. Now take one bread slice and spread paneer mixture 3/4 th part on it .Now roll the bread carefully without breaking and apply water at one edge for stick the roll.
  5. Repeat the same process for remaining beads also.Now heat the pan spread butter on it add those rolls move those rolls till frying on all sides.
  6. Serve those hot hot bread paneer rolls with tomato ketchup.
