Bourbon Biscuit Cake is prepared by using bourbon biscuits. It is very easy and requires few ingredients. Everybody likes cake a lot especially kids are like soo much. By having normal homemade cakes I felt bored i want to taste differently that’s why I tried this cake by using bourbon biscuits. It is a very tasty delicious and my children also like this cake a lot.
Here I directly biscuits grind into a fine powder but you may also cook like this also first separate biscuits and cream grind biscuits into a fine powder. Keep cream aside for garnishing, after baking the cake you use this cream to decorate your cake. I prepared this recipe without using the oven. Must follow the steps that I mention below then you get a tasty….. fluffy… Bourbon Biscuit Cake, don’t miss any step otherwise you will spoil the cake.

Ingredients for Biscuit Cake:-
- Bourbon Biscuits- 20
- Milk- 250 ml
- Oil/ Butter- 3 tbsp
- Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Steps to prepare for Bourbon Biscuit:-
- Initially, grind bourbon biscuits into a fine powder. Keep it aside.
- Take oil, milk, baking powder mix it well.
- Now add bourbon biscuits powder what we prepared before and mix it well in cut and fold method.
- Take baking pan grease oil and dust with maida, later pour this cake mix in a baking tray. Keep it aside.
- Now add a layer of salt/ sand in a wide thick bottomed big bowl and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame by closing lid.
- After preheating place the cake mix tray in it and then close the lid. Later reduce the flame from medium to low.
- Cook it for 35 min on low flame, after 35 mins you can check by using toothpick whether it is cooked well or not.
- If it is cooked well then tasty… tasty…. delicious… Bourbon Biscuit Cake is ready. Serve it by de-molding into a plate.
